Lena Dunham Joins American Horror Story
Get ready for another scary season of American Horror Story that is expected to feature new horrifying actors and twisted story lines. It was just announced that one of the “girls” to watch for the new season of American Horror Story is Lena Dunham by Ryan Murphy, the show’s creator.
Ryan Murphy tweeted about the new addition to the FX anthology on Wednesday night, July 19 at 6:21 pm.
Murphy tweeted: “Thrilled that my talented friend Lena Dunham is joining the AMERICAN HORROR STORY family,” He added: “Always wanted to work together, and now we r!”
Dunham is known for her show, Girls, which she starred in and created. Also, she is known for her outspoken opinion about politics. Since the new season of American Horror Story is assumed to take place during the election, it seem’s like Dunham is the right person for the role. On the other hand, it hasn’t been confirmed exactly what her character will be like.
Fortunately, there might be further news in the near future to come about the show at Comic-Con on Thursday, in our very own home of San Diego. We are expecting to find out more details about Dunham’s character, as well as the title of the new season, and maybe even more.
The AHS team offered a hint regarding the name of the season to get us sincerely excited yet genuinely freaked out in the best way possible. The clue included a picture of a man covered in bees via an Instagram post. Check it out.
