Classic Cocktail Recipe: The Negroni with Ted Gibson

For another cocktail in our Thirsty Thursday series, we stopped at the Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa in Rancho Santa Fe. At Rancho Valencia, guests can indulge in many of these unique cocktails at the hotel’s world famous Pony Room bar.

The Pony Room is a favorite bar among locals and resort guests. The 100 variations of tequila, high-end wines, wide selection of craft beers, and specialty cocktails are not only impressive, they are delicious.
