Elevation Burger Raises the Bar for Quality Organic Food
Ever had a craving for a nice juicy, mouth-watering burger? Using only the best and freshest ingredients available Elevation Burger offers a new avenue to eating deliciously healthy, free-range, grass-fed, 100-percent organic burgers.
What is so special and different about this burger? Instead of getting beef from cows that are corn-fed, like most meat products, founder Hans Hess gets beef from cows that are grass-fed. This change of diet makes not only a healthier lifestyle for the cows but for the people who eat them too. Cows tend to have a higher chance of becoming sick when fed a constant diet of corn, which leads them to be given antibiotics that get processed into their system and ours.
In order to obtain that organic and “true flavor” Hess refuses to give the cows any antibiotics and keeps their environment free of chemicals such as pesticides. The cows are also given the ability to walk about openly in their “free range pastures” in order to give them a happy and more humane life. This helps not only the cows but the people as well, because about 850 pounds of Carbon Dioxide becomes consumed every year for every acre of grass that’s out there. Plus grass is easier to grow naturally rather than depending upon chemicals and machinery like corn.
Other elements about the burgers that makes them different are that the buns are a more proper size to fit the burger and has healthy organic components. “Though it can be challenging to source and prepare quality ingredients such as 100% USDA-certified organic, 100% grass-fed, 100% free-range beef, 100% ground-on-premises and 100% heart-healthy olive oil, we are committed to offering our guests an exceptionally flavorful, nutritionally superior product.”-Hans Hess
Hans Hess founded the idea of Elevation Burger in 2002 after his failed search in finding his dream burger. When he saw his chance in creating his own dream burger he put all of his concentration and motivation into creating a burger that was different from most.
In 2005, Hess and his wife April happily opened their first Elevation Burger. They didn’t stop their dream there though. In 2008, three years later, the company started franchising and branching out. They are currently located in California, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Maine. They are planning on opening up more restaurants in California.
“It is core to our mission to play a leading role in progressing beyond the age of industrial agriculture to pursue a more sustainable and healthier future.”- Elevation Burger
