Queen B’s Twins Have Arrived

Though Beyonce hasn’t given word of the arrival of her twins just yet, her father, Mathew Knowles, took it upon himself to confirm the news. On Sunday, Mathew Knowles captioned his photo, “They’re here!” on an Instagram post. We are thrilled about the announcement and are patiently awaiting Beyonce’s follow-up.

Beyonce announced her pregnancy back in February, with a memorable photo-shoot on Instagram. She showed her bare baby bump and soft smiled against a colorful flower scheme in the background. She captioned her Instagram post, “We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes.”

The official date of the twin’s birthday was June 12, so the Knowles family grew by two and Blue Ivy now has siblings. Their 5-year-old daughter is excited to have a younger brother and sister. Beyonce told Us “Blue is so excited to be a big sister!” earlier this year.

Now that Beyonce’s father officially confirmed that Beyonce finally birthed the twins, we are anxiously awaiting Jay-Z and her response. Additionally, many people believed that it wasn’t Knowles’ father’s place to report the news. In fact, many of the comments on his Instagram post were harsh. One tweeter even wrote, Beyonce’s dad had no business telling Beyonce’s announcement. Exactly why he didn’t know she was pregnant until the Instagram post. I can’t.”

On the other hand, the news was bound to officially come out one way or another. Knowles’ is obviously a proud father and grand-father excited to welcome two more beautiful children to the family.
