Former prime-time MSNBC host will become chief news officer on Al Gore’s television network, Current TV. The live TV show will broadcast nightly and will be produced and hosted by Olbermann. Look out for the show in the spring.
According to their website, Current Media, “the Peabody and Emmy Award-winning television and online network founded in 2005 by Al Gore and Joel Hyatt, engages viewers with smart, provocative and timely programming – stories that no one else is telling in ways that no one else is telling them.” The provocative programming will likely continue with Olbermann at the news desk.
Aaron Rodgers on Letterman
The marathon whirl wind tour has not ended for Green Bay Packers quarterback and MVP Aaron Rodgers who stopped by The Late Show With David Letterman last night. After going to Disneyworld, the QB flew to New York to tape the show where he joked and laughed along with Letterman’s about the game, the team, and his role as a leader. Watch the video.
