Community Actors Theatre opens Mary’s Memories, Aug. 28, a comedy that is touching, but also hilariously funny. The play runs through Sept. 20.

This play is about Mary’s memories of growing up in the south and following dreams. Church ladies meet for their monthly Ladies Aide meeting, but their conversation is about everything else except the business of the meeting. (Born and raised in the south; Childhood memories). Did Mama and Grandma say those things? A funny play that many of you will be able to identify with, and also to tickle the imagination. Too deliciously funny to miss!! Written and directed by Jennie Hamilton.
