Trashcan Sinatras play the Casbah

By  |

The stage is set for the Trashcan Sinatras to play the Casbah this Thursday, July 30 @ 8:30pm. This indie-pop group out of Scotland just released their 7th new album and the show won’t disappoint.

You might remember the Trashcan Sinatras from their 1990s college radio debut of “Cake” and its more sophisticated 1993 release of “I’ve Seen Everything.” Their up beat pop sound carries through to their newest album with a collection of songs that reveal why they’ve been so popular over the last 20 years. With a more main stream friendly sound, the Trashcan Sinatras appeal to almost anyone.  Their new album won’t necessarily start a dance party, but they’re perfect for a relaxing Thursday evening of musical enjoyment. Head on down to the Casbah and check them out. Let us know what you think!

San Diego resident for over 10 years, I now call this beautiful city home. Originally from the Bay Area, I'm a California girl at heart. I love the outdoors, fitness, food, and a good craft beer (from San Diego of course).
