The Wolf Pack is BACK!

In the new, full trailer for “The Hangover Part II,” Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis and Justin Bartha all reprise their roles as friends and travel abroad.

Phil, Stu, Alan and Doug reunite for Stu’s wedding in Bangkok, Thailand.  After his unforgettable bachelor party, Stu is looking to avoid another experience like Vegas.  Stu is taking no chances and has opted for a safe, subdued pre-wedding brunch with his close friends. However, things don’t always go as planned. What happens in Vegas may stay in Vegas, but what happens in Bangkok can’t even be imagined.

So when MTV News caught up with director Todd Phillips at the 2011 CinemaCon in Las Vegas, they asked if the new film would be as good as the original “Hangover”?  Phillips, who was also at the helm of the success of the original “Hangover” (which brought in more than $467 million worldwide and $155 million on DVD/Blu-ray), said he believed “The Hangover Part II” is actually better than the first.

“I think it’s a funnier film, and I think it’s a more epic film.” And while the 40-year-old writer/director said he still loves the original, he believes the sequel “just turned out to be a more satisfying film.”

At one point it looked like the sequel was not going to happen because Zach Galifianakis, Bradley Cooper and Ed Helms all held out for sweeter deals.  However, Warner Bros. paid them handsomely and “The Hangover II” cast and crew are currently busy filming. At Ontario International Airport in California, to be exact.

A missing brother, a denim vest-wearing monkey, an unwanted face tattoo and the return of Mr. Chow are just a part of what you can expect in the sequel.  The boys are definitely back!  It seems the first film will be tame compared to the trouble that occurs in the latest.

The film, which also features Mike Tyson, Liam Neeson, Jamie Chung and rumored Bill Clinton, hits theaters on May 26, 2011 Memorial Day weekend.
