How to Make Breakfast Republic’s Breakfast Mac ‘N’ Cheese

Breakfast Republic has changed the game for Mac ‘N’ Cheese lovers everywhere. They combined everyone’s favorite childhood meal with your breakfast favorite to present to you: Breakfast Mac ‘N’ Cheese. This dish is packed with so much creamy, bacon-y goodness, you’ll want to make it at home every morning… and now you can! We teamed up with May, the Corporate Sous Chef at Breakfast Republic, Carmel Valley to show our readers how to prepare this crowd favorite.

To start the recipe, pre-heat a pan and add your cheese sauce (made with jack and cheddar cheese). Then, add 2-cups of macaroni noodles. Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet and top it with parmesean breadcrumbs, and bacon of course. Put it in the oven on broil to crisp up the top. From there, cook your eggs. They serve three eggs sunny side up, but you can cook them however you’d like. Top the mac and cheese with the eggs and garnish with fresh chives.
