In the ten years since September 11 there has been much debate and many delays in the construction of the new One World Trade Center (previously known as The Freedom Tower), but now the tower is well underway and Monday the unfinished skeleton of the building reached a height of 1,250 feet. This just barely hits above the roof of the observation deck of the Empire State Building, but it shows that the One World Trade Center will be the tallest building in New York.
Chris Brown announced via the twitter account of his mom/ manager, Joyce Hawkings, a new website called CBBreeds.com is active. Despite his new, furry sidekicks Brown is still getting some heat as critics are outraged over the page and the fact that Chris Brown is selling puppies online as a side business.

Jennifer Hudson took the stand Monday morning during the trial for the murder of her mother, brother, and nephew.
The case is prosecuting against William Balfour, Jennifer Hudson’s sister’s ex-husband, who is allegedly responsible for the murders of Hudson’s family members on October 24, 2008. The victims are Hudson’s mother Darnell Donerson, her brother Jason Hudson, 29, and her young nephew Julian King who died at the age of seven.
