In the tradition of American Idols Adam Lambert, from Rancho Penasquitos and Jessica Sanchez from Chula Vista and former Voice finalists Xenia Martinez from Chula Vista and Timyra-Joi Beatty from North Park comes Katriz Trinidad, a fifteen-year-old from Chula Vista.

The Adams Avenue Street Fair is touted as Southern California’s largest free two-day music festival. The street fair takes place in the Normal Height’s neighborhood of San Diego. This year marks the 33rd anniversary of the event which will take place Saturday, September 27, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and Sunday, September 28, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The Big Names will be on the Big Stage this summer at the San Diego County Fair. Country, rock, pop, comedy, gospel, classic hits — it’s all part of the Toyota Summer Concert Series on the Heineken Grandstand Stage. The theme for 2014 is “The Fab Fair”, a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the British Invasion. The Fair is held at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, 2260 Jimmy Durante Boulevard, Del Mar, California 92014.
