Reese Witherspoon welcomes new baby

Congratulations are in order for Reese Witherspoon. The actress recently gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. For Witherspoon, 36, and her husband Jim Roth, the baby will be their first child together.  The happy couple has decided to name their son Tennessee James Toth.

Tennessee is Reese’s third child altogether. The actress’s other two children are her daughter Ava Elizabeth Phillippe, 13, and her son Deacon Reese Phillippe, 8. Reese was previously married to Ryan Phillippe from 1999 to 2007. During those eight years, the couple was gifted with Deacon and Ava. In October 2007, Reese was dating her “Rendition” co-star Jake Gyllenhaal. The couple then split in 2009.

In 2010, the actress started dating Jim Roth, a talent agent working for Creative Artists Agency that represents Witherspoon, and months later the happy couple were engaged. Last year, the “Sweet Home Alabama” star married Roth.

The rumor of Witherspoon’s pregnancy started circulating last March and wasn’t confirmed by the actress until later in the summer.

“She kept pretty tight-lipped about her pregnancy, letting loose enough to tell the Chicago Sun-Times, “I’m feeling very round tonight,” in June at dinner event held in her honor in the Windy City.” (E! Online)

Despite her pregnancy, Witherspoon made sure she had a summer full of fun activities from playing tennis and doing some shopping, to attending Drew Barrymore’s June wedding. She also flew to Nashville for family and Atlanta for the “Devil’s Knot” shooting.

After months of waiting though, Witherspoon and Roth are now the proud and happy parents of their little Tennessee.
