Thirsty Thursday: Bloody Brilliant

By  |

Once again, we have reached the part of the week where smiles slowly appear on our faces as we start to look forward to the weekend ahead. This Thursday is extra special, as it is will be guiding us into a glorious 3-day weekend. This Monday is Labor Day, and to honor all of our hard work, we are bringing you a delicious brunch cocktail, courtesy of our friends at Fireside by The Patio.

Liberty Station’s outdoor dining experience of timeless wood-fired cuisine recently launched a brand-new brunch menu with cocktails that are anything but ordinary. Our favorite is the monstrous Bloody Brilliant, which is a full meal in itself stacked high with sausage, chicken, pork belly and shrimp all house-smoked at Fireside! Around here, we love a good Bloody, and a three day weekend means three chances to enjoy this colossal cocktail. Hosting a party of your own? Use the recipe below to wow your guests with the Bloody Brilliant Brunch cocktail!
