1labor1. Rockin’ Wine Fest

Tuesday, August 27, 2013,  7:00 PM to 11:45 PM,  $20, $10 for band only after 9:00 PM.

Party and participate in the Belly Up’s very first wine festival. All guests get ten tastings from wineries that include Save Me San Francisco, Carruth Cellars, and a surprise list of others. Eve Selis will be providing the music.

2. The Local’s Sing, Dance, Crawl

Saturday, August 31

Downtown gets rowdy as The Local brings back its massive club crawl and invites all to experience the city’s best nightlife in the middle of the day with no lines, no cover charges and cheap drink specials. This year will kick off at House of Blues with a live performance by Wayward Sons, then head to FLUXX for some afternoon treats and finish off at the newest spot added to the crawl, BASSMNT Nightclub. 1 p.m. $35.

3. Reggae Festival2labor

Ziggy Marley at the Del Mar Racetrack, Saturday, August 31

Don’t miss the last big event of Del Mar’s summer concert series where the surf meets the turf. One of the most highly anticipated musical events is the annual Reggae Festival featuring reggae icon Ziggy Marley performing live on the Seaside Stage after the last horse race. 4. 1812 Tchaikovsky Symphony Spectacular

Friday, August 30- Sunday, September 1

Embarcadero Marina Park South

Experience Tchaikovsky’s thunderous 1812 Overture complete with booming cannons and brilliant fireworks. The festivities also feature bright young violinist Fumiaki Miura performing Tchaikovsky’s exciting Valse-scherzo. Enjoy the summer ending concert with quick access from Trolley Stop B.

August 21, 2013 to September 7, 2013, 8:00 pm

The Broadway musical adaptation of the hilarious film by Mel Brooks receives its first professional performance in Southern California.
