Jesse James Plans Wedding with Kat Von D

By  |

Despite false Internet rumors running around about relationship troubles, sparks are still flying for Kat Von D and Jesse James. The couple has been reported saying that they have not called off their wedding, nor are they breaking up. They are still going strong. Kat Von D is known for starring in her own TV reality series, “L.A. Ink”. She had first started her career as a tattoo artist at the age of 16 and quickly rose to artist fame through her talent. In 2005 she was given the opportunity to appear in the TV reality series, “Miami Ink,” when the current star Darren Brass injured his elbow.  She then appeared in the show’s next four season, but then had to leave the shop due to a falling out with a fellow co-star. She then got her own series, “L.A. Ink” to follow her tattoo work in Hollywood, CA.In 2010, she started dating West Coast Choppers CEO and reality-TV star Jesse James. James has appeared on TV for his role as the host of the series “Jesse James is a Dead Man” and “Monster Garage.” He had recently been divorced from his previous marriage last year with Sandra Bullock. Bullock had filed for divorce in April, after media rumors flew of Jame’s infidelity, and the divorce was finalized in June.  Then in August 2010, Von D, 29, admitted she was dating James, 42, and their engagement was announced in January. According to CBS news, the false rumors started last Thursday when Life and Style had stated that the couple was putting a pause in their relationship and that James had confirmed the split. Von D had vehemently denied these rumors, telling People that they are still strong in their relationship and that those false statements “couldn’t be further from the truth.” The couple has stated that they will be getting married in the summer on their one-year anniversary, the day they started dating.  Maybe James will give Kat a motorcycle for a wedding present and she will give him a tattoo? Hopefully this marriage will be better than James’s previous one.
