Taylor Swift Celebrates her 21st Birthday today in Nashville
4-time Grammy Winner and top-selling digital artist in the music industry, Taylor Swift turns 21 today, old enough to toast to her many successes yet she plans on celebrating at home, in her new Nashville condo to a Christmas-themed party, according to People. 
This year has been good to Taylor with her Oct. 25 record, Speak Now release that amassed 1,047,000 units in first-week sales, according to the EW Staff, and among many other reasons garnered her the youngest-ever Entertainment Weekly’s Entertainers of the Year award. The magazine honoring her newest title hit the stands December 3rd with the headline, “Congratulations, Taylor Swift on achieving total world domination.”
And Taylor has much to look forward to in her 21st year. In January, Covergirl will be launching a new generation of luxury makeup, NatureLuxe, with Taylor as their face and in February she embarks on her international world tour, going from Singapore on Feburary 9th to Omaha, Nebraska on May 27th.
Sony Ericsson is celebrating Taylor as well as they give away five of these Xperia™ X10 phones to a few lucky fans. The phones are signed by Taylor herself and loaded with Taylor Swift content, including access to her three of her albums, her music video, a ringtone from “Mine”, and Taylor Swift wallpaper.

Swift told People that although she’s “not, by nature, a party girl,” turning 21 will help her social life. “It’ll be cool that I’ll be able to go to a lot of concerts that my friends always go to and I sit at home because it’s 21 and over,” she says. “Other than that, I don’t think I’m going to all of a sudden start being in love with the idea of going to a club.”
There is no word yet if her new beau Jake Gyllenhaal will be at this evening’s home-bound festivities but People reported that she Tweeted celebrating her big day last night in her new Nashville condo, “dancing around my room alone to @pink’s greatest hits cd,” after two band mates had dropped by with birthday hats and a pizza lit with 21 candles.
