Lady Gaga Glee Episode

The night you’ve been waiting for is finally here- tonight is the Lady Gaga Glee episode that fans have been anticipating ever since the show’s premiere in April. In addition to a Madonna episode and appearances by Edina Menzel, Kristin Chenowith, and Neal Patrick Harris this season, tonight’s episode is rumored to take the cake.

Picture this: McKinley High glee club complete with Lady Gaga-appropriate costumes paying homage to her famous hits. Prepare to be blown away. “Because it is the most craziest, hardest thing you can imagine. It’s fantastic to look at,” revealed Matthew Morrison, who plays Mr. Schuster.

Many are anticipating exactly how the show will remake Lady Gaga’s hits. Entertainment Weekly has reported that “Bad Romance” and “Poker Face” will be sung, with the latter featuring the voice of Lea Michele. While “Poker Face” is rumored to be a much more bare-bones rendition, “Bad Romance” will have the glee cast go all-out, costumes and all. The costumes not going to be typical either, but those to match the eccentric wardrobe of Lady Gaga herself.

“The outfits are gonna be incredible. All the costumes are outrageous and legit. I actually went to the tailor this morning who makes the real Gaga outfits. They’re going all-out,” said Chris Colfer, who plays Kurt. Hopefully, the boys will be spared the tights and leotards, but it has been rumored possible that Lea Michele will be donning Kermit the frog.

A Lady Gaga episode was confirmed this past March when the show’s director reached out to the star, who enthusiastically agreed to cooperate. The episode will be a tribute to theatricality- and who better embodies that role than Lady Gaga?
