THE SAN DIEGO ITALIAN FILM FESTIVAL

LOCATION: Museum of Photographic Arts, Balboa Park

HAUNTED BIRCH AQUARIUM

TIME: Friday OCT 23, 6:00 PM

LOCATION: Birch Aquarium, at Scripps,

INFO: This event is meant for kids (or adults that are still kids at heart); admission is $15.00 for the public, and $12.00 for members. Enjoy exploring the aquarium for hidden treats, slimy animal encounters, watching a mad scientist experiment gone wrong, and spooky live music.  Visit their website for more information.

TAKE THE HAUNTED TRAIL

TIME: Friday OCT 23, 7:00 PM

LOCATION: Marston Point- Balboa Park,
Sixth Avenue and Laurel Street (main entrance), San Diego, CA 92101

INFO: This is an all-outdoor haunted attraction, which follows a mile-long haunted trail through twisted grove of pines and gnarled oaks. This event is not recommended for children under the age of ten. To buy tickets ($15.00 each) online visit their website.

ENTERTAINMENT

NATIONAL COMEDY THEATER

TIME: Friday OCT 23, 2009, 7:30 PM

LOCATION: National Comedy Theater, 3717 India St, San Diego, CA‎ (619) 295-4999‎

INFO: The National Comedy Theater presents an hour and a half improv show based completely on what audience suggests. The show for anyone who is willing to have a good time.  Tickets are $12.00 a person and $10.00 for children and students. You can buy tickets at the door, but it is recommended that you preorder them online .

ROB THOMAS CONCERT

TIME: Friday OCT 23, 2009, 8:00 PM

LOCATION: Pechanga Resort & Casino, 45000 Pechanga Pkwy, Temecula, CA 92593
