Limited and Seasonal Beers for Summer
Summer in San Diego isn’t just about water and sunshine. It’s also about beer. This is a great season to celebrate our city’s booming brewery scene with limited and seasonal beers. If you already enjoy craft beer, you’ve probably been patiently waiting for these brews to be released. If you’ve only just begun to delve into San Diego’s beer scene, these are definitely some releases that you’ll want to try:
Tetra City is nothing less than a boss-level face-melter of a double IPA. Loaded with big, tropical hops that explode out of the glass from aroma to finish, this beer takes your palate directly to Party Town for an extended stay that you won’t ever want to end. Pour some into your favorite tulip glass and prepare to cherish the moment. Available in this month.
The bright tropical fruit and lemongrass notes give it an uber-pungent aroma, with the grapefruity citrus of Cascade providing a touch of balance. While aggressively bitter, Oneida still has a light body and moderate ABV at 5.2%
De Nada Belgian Wheat (Witbier)

Alpine Beer Company
This is a popular Alpine wheat ale with a touch of vanilla extract that aids to compliment its sweet nuttiness.
Divine Sauvage is a Belgian-style tripel ale aged in French oak red wine barrels. Full bodied with a high ABV.
Swerve City IPA
Swerve City is Belching Beaver’s 2nd release in partnership with Deftones. Swerve City IPA captures the tropical vibes of POG juice. With the classic combination of passionfruit, orange and guava, it’s like summertime in a bottle! Swerve City will be available all summer long.
