Break out your poodle skirts and grease back your hair. We are celebrating 50’s style! This Cohn Restaurant is designed with fun in mind, displaying incredible decor, encouraging costumes, and providing all-night entertainment. Whether you are celebrating a birthday for a kid, teen, or adult, Corvette Diner has packages to make your whole party happy. In addition to their incredible diner food and premium decor, this restaurant has a Gamer’s Garage with 64 games to choose from. Ski-Ball, Air Hockey, and other classic games fill the garage to bring the most joy to your kids and their friends, or to adults who want to relive their childhood. Sing along to your copy of Grease while you plan this night to remember.

Bagby Beer – Oceanside

If your birthday invites tend to include “come one, come all”, then this might be the perfect place for you! Bagby Beer in Oceanside has a large and inviting space to host all of your closest friends. We know how it goes — you invite one friend who wants to bring their significant other, another who has a friend visiting from out of town, and someone who’s dog-sitting. At Bagby, they can all be accommodated with the indoor and outdoor seating options. With options from brie pizza to gringo tacos, the food here won’t disappoint. Grab a couple of cocktails while you’re at it, believe me they are worth it. If you’re planning to bring a large crowd, be sure to make a reservation ahead of time. They love hosting big parties, but know their limits. Talk to them to figure out the best time to bring you and your friends, so that everyone can enjoy a night out in Oceanside!

Park & Rec – University Heights

Does food come secondary to drinks and games for your group of friends? Check out Park & Rec in University Heights. Their limited food selection at this cocktail-forward bar is not mediocre by any means; their tots, burgers, and other small bites are raved about. Bring your friends for a late night celebration, with their 10PM-Close happy hour specials. Enjoy games of corn hole and ping pong over live music and delicious cocktails.

Are you celebrating an important birthday, or have a little more money to spend this year after getting your tax rebate? Bring some of your closest friends along for a more sophisticated birthday meal at Solterra Winery in Encinitas. They offer a Prix Fixe menu from Sunday through Thursday that includes an appetizer, entree, dessert, and a wine pairing for $50. Celebrate in style and cheers to all the things that have happened in your life over the last year. Wanting things a little more casual? Come for an early dinner during their daily happy hour from 3-6PM. Enjoy delicious tapas and glasses of wine starting at just $5. Choose from the bocce ball outdoor space, fire pit area, or indoor barrel room. Make a reservation to make sure that you get the spot that makes the most sense for your party!

Leroy’s Kitchen & Lounge – Coronado

Cross the bridge to Coronado and spend the evening munching over small bites, like mac n cheese and brussel sprouts, while sipping beer from their extensive tap selection. The walls are covered with local art, and several of the beers on tap are local as well. This restaurant cares about its environment and serves as a Coronado hub for residents and visitors alike. Come early for social hour from 3-6PM, or stay later on a Wednesday or Thursday to enjoy live music. No matter what time you come, Leroy’s is sure to create an environment that will give you a good time.
