Last year Pink Martini’s lead vocalist Storm Large performed a sold out show. This year, Large returns with her fearless band, Le Bonheur, to perform a broad range of rock anthems, Broadway tear-jerkers, tunes from the American songbook, and her own original material. Expect an unrestrained and impassioned exploration of love, desire, and truth in Large’s spellbinding performance, Songs of Seduction and Obsession.

Dr. Seuss’ classic tale comes alive in this engaging stage adaptation of Cat in the Hat. The show is recommended for grades pre-K through 4th. You’ll recognize the rhyme and have a fun-filled time during this fast-paced play about a brother, a sister, and their unexpected visitor. The mischievous Cat in the Hat transforms a dull, rainy day into a madcap adventure that Sally and her brother will never forget, thanks to some tricks (and a fish) and Thing One and Thing Two. Arguably the most famous children’s book of all time, The Cat in the Hat is a non-stop ride of hilarity and laughter; everyone will leave smiling.

*The Cat in the Hat takes place at the Center Theater on September 27, 2015 @ 12:00pm & 3:00pm. More information can be found on its website.

Led by 20-time GRAMMY® winner and Country Music Hall of Famer Vince Gill, The Time Jumpers bring together some of Nashville’s most gifted musicians. With a strong affinity for western swing, the ten-member group captures a poignant and exuberant side of country music.

*The Time Jumpers perform at the Concert Hall on September 29, 2015 @ 7:30pm. More information can be found on their website.

San Diego resident for over 10 years, I now call this beautiful city home. Originally from the Bay Area, I'm a California girl at heart. I love the outdoors, fitness, food, and a good craft beer (from San Diego of course).
