The 2011 season for the San Diego Chargers didn’t end with a decisive victory, or much to brag about, but as they say — “there’s always next season.” Whether Norv Turner and the Chargers franchise are going to look at 2012 as a growing year, or we make it all the way, it’s fair to say the fans are going to support. Go Bolts!

Last year the team failed to improve on its 9–7 record from 2010, and finished in a three-way tie with the Broncos and Raiders for the AFC West division title. After missing the playoffs, the team has been gearing up for 2012 and fans are ready.

The NFL has just release the schedule for the upcoming season, and it looks like there’ll be some great match ups — in fact, the Chargers will face off against the Oakland Raiders in the first and last games, which should be an interesting scenario no matter how you look at it.

San Diego resident for over 10 years, I now call this beautiful city home. Originally from the Bay Area, I'm a California girl at heart. I love the outdoors, fitness, food, and a good craft beer (from San Diego of course).
