The six-day event includes over 180 participating restaurants. A long standing tradition, brought to you by the San Diego Chapter of the California Restaurant Association, this week-long dining extravaganza will surely spice up your week’s meal choices.

Is there a restaurant you’ve been meaning to try? Is there somewhere that’s usually out of your budget? Or is there a foreign cuisine you’ve never tried? If you answered yes, Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity for you.

Two-course lunch menus are available at a wide range of restaurants for $10, $15, or $20. Three-course dinner menus have slightly increased in price this year, and are available for $25, $35, or $45. There are so many restaurants to try in San Diego, it can seem like a daunting task to hit all the spots recommended by family and friends. Restaurant Week is the time to try the best offerings from some of San Diego’s hottest dining destinations. Restaurant Week is just one more shining example of the incredible food culture we have in this city. So get out there and start eating. You won’t be disappointed.

If you need a place to start browsing, there are a few newer restaurants on the scene in San Diego to check out. Some don’t have menus up, but we’re highly anticipating their release:

Southpaw Social Club (Downtown)
The Hake Kitchen and Bar (La Jolla)
Fogo de Chao (Downtown)
Cucina Enoteca (Del Mar)

San Diego Restaurant Week is taking place January 19 – 24, 2014. Visit www.sandiegorestaurantweek.com for more information.

San Diego resident for over 10 years, I now call this beautiful city home. Originally from the Bay Area, I'm a California girl at heart. I love the outdoors, fitness, food, and a good craft beer (from San Diego of course).
