She started out offering an after-school program for kids but was soon encouraged by parents to share her secrets of fast, healthy, and exciting food. Whether you go to Kasrai’s cooking studio for date night, open event night, birthday party or corporate event, you’ll prepare an amazing three or four-course meal, and go home with recipes for your own kitchen. As the name suggests, Veg-Appeal classes want you to realize the benefits of cooking and eating healthy. If you’re looking to completely revamp your eating habits, Tracy Childs, the founder of Veg-Appeal, will be with you step-by-step in beginning this often difficult process. She offers cooking courses both online and in-person south of La Mesa, as well as seminar-type classes that provide you with great knowledge on how to be healthier. For $100 Tracy will walk you through recipes that you choose together, including the initial meal preparation.

Artful Chefs

Great food is art to Artful Chefs, and their expert staff is dedicated to teaching you how to bring art to your kitchen. They provide you with a 5-star, gourmet cooking experience with recipes like “Mexican Fiesta Class,” “Pastry Class,” and so much more that can be brought right to your home! Other services include Bridal Events, where you can prepare and entertain guests with food perfect for a wedding event, as well as team building events for a corporate group.
