For the main course, give the Napa Chicken Sandwich (with grilled chicken, roasted tomatoes, havarti cheese, pancetta, arugula, and pesto) served with handcut fries. Or the Taco Bar includes Lobster Tacos (with cabbage, avocado, saffron crema, watermelon radish). The 8oz. New York Steak (with a scratch-made red wine jus, seasonal grilled vegetables and crispy crushed potatoes) is great for meat lovers. And if you still have room, order the Chocolate Torte, made with dark chocolate, topped with vanilla ice cream and macadamia nuts.

In addition to the new menu offerings, Eureka! is introducing three new “mocktails”…if craft beer isn’t your thing. The Beet Detox is made with freshly juiced beets, sumac, and lemon juice — for a healthy alternative to a cocktail. The Cold Brew Old Fashioned is made with simple syrup and Aztec chocolate bitters, if you’d like to try something more caffeinated. Or for a more refreshing drink, try the Ginger Lime Soda crafted with fresh pressed ginger root, lime juice, and sugar.

The new menu items are now being featured, so head to Eureka! for a taste of spring.

San Diego resident for over 10 years, I now call this beautiful city home. Originally from the Bay Area, I'm a California girl at heart. I love the outdoors, fitness, food, and a good craft beer (from San Diego of course).
