Easter Inspired Cocktail Recipe

By  |

Spring is in the air in San Diego, and while the official start to the new season isn’t until April 16, we’re gearing up for great events, holidays, and most importantly great weather here in San Diego.

Marina Kitchen hosts an affordable and family friendly brunch on Easter Sunday. If you want to get in the holiday spirit a little early, they’ve been kind enough to share a cocktail recipe that you can enjoy at home. The best part is, you can make it non-alcoholic by removing the spirits and your kids can enjoy the fun too!

Marina Kitchen is the epicenter of a new food and beverage experience at the San Diego Marriott Marquis and Marina. With panoramic views of the bay from its indoor and outdoor dining space, focus on serving “modern comfort food” using fresh, seasonally available ingredients, and wine program with a distinct West-coast orientation, Marina Kitchen is quintessential Southern California dining at its best. Marina Kitchen’s contemporary design, lounge atmosphere, and cozy and private seating arrangements make it the perfect place for guests to dine, work, gather with groups, and play.

San Diego resident for over 10 years, I now call this beautiful city home. Originally from the Bay Area, I'm a California girl at heart. I love the outdoors, fitness, food, and a good craft beer (from San Diego of course).
