Feb. 15 – Comedy Juice Show starring Zainab Johnson @ Mad House Comedy Club
The hilarious comedian Zainab Johnson was on NBC’s Last Comic Standing. She has also performed at the 2014 BET Experience at LA Live and the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal, Her engaging style demonstrates comedic relief in everyday life dramas.
Feb. 16 – Billy Crystal @ Copley Symphony Hall
The enduring and popular comedian and actor, Billy Crystal is currently on tour and San Diego is lucky to be one of his stops. The tour is called “Spend the Night With Billy Crystal.” Crystal was in popular films like “When Harry met Sally” and “City Slickers.”
Feb. 16 – Comedy Cluster starring Patrick DeGuire @ Mad House Comedy Club
San Diego native, Patrick DeGuire is performing at Mad House Comedy club. Deguire has been on Comedy Central and ‘Que Loco’ on Galavision. Since Deguire lost much of his vision due to a disease called optic neuritis, his material discusses this hardship. He also discusses challenges he’s faced in his relationship and with children with hilarious insight.
Feb. 17 – Penn & Teller @ Harrah’s Resort SoCal The Events Center
Penn & Teller are both magicians and comedians. This dynamic and elaborate performance features Penn and Teller, who have been performing together since the 70s.
Feb. 17 – Whitney Cummings @ The American Comedy Co.
Whitney Cummings is a comedian and actress coming to the American Comedy Company in San Diego. She is the creator and star of the comedic sitcom on NBC called, “Whitney.” She is also the creator of the sitcom on CBS titled, “2 Broke Girls.” The underground setting of the American Comedy Co. will be perfect for Cummings’ performance on Feb. 17.
Feb. 18 – Imomsohard @ Balboa Theater
Imomsohard stars the comedians Kristin Hensely and Jen Smedley, who have been writing, teaching, and performing comedy across the U.S. The humorous title of their act, “Imomsohard” is due to their content about being Moms and the stress that comes with it.
Feb. 19 – Daniel Eachus @ Madhouse Comedy Club
Daniel Eachus, only 25-years-old, was previously on Comedy Central’s “Up Next” and Sideshow Network’s “Five Spot.” He also writes, produces and acts the comedy sketch series “Bigfoot Chasers.” This comedy club, located in Horton Plaza, features local and national comedians, open mic nights and has a simple American menu.
Feb. 20 – Jackson McQueen @ Mad House Comedy Club
The entertaining comedian and actor, Jackson Mcqueen, will be the star of Mad House Comedy Club Feb. 20. He was on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Will Ferrell’s Funny or Die, and the Late Show with Craig Ferguson. Doors open at 6:30 pm and he will be on by 7 pm.
Feb. 26 – Brian Simpson @ Mad House Comedy Club
On Feb. 26, the Mad House Comedy Club in downtown SD will be graced by the presence of comedian Brian Simpson. His experiences as a foster child, moving during his childhood and in the marine corps fuel his optimal humor.
