This new, downtown indoor cycling studio allows you to continue your ride – inside. I’ve always loved spinning (indoor cycling), and this particular studio impressed me for a few key reasons.

My favorite thing in the world is running and my favorite time to run is in the afternoon, but during the summer I have to switch it up or I’d die from exhaustion.
