All month long Oktoberfest is coming to a sundry of San Diego cities, including El Cajon, La Mesa, Julian, Carlsbad and Ramona. But it’s the Ocean Beach celebration that beer and beach lovers just can’t miss! Saturday, Oct. 10, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Newport Avenue will burst alive with two stages of live music, a Bavarian beer garden, games, and the traditional, yummy favorites of an authentic German Oktoberfest.
Sea World recently has unveiled its new amazing dolphin show that is set to launch in May of 2010. The new endeavor is not new to the Sea World foundation, but is new to San Diego. The show, which has been incorporated into the Florida location, is now making its way to San Diego and is called “Blue Horizons”.
This is the first installment of the Entertainer’s “Neighborhood Project”, where we profile different communities around San Diego County.
