San Diego’s resident bartender, Dustin Haarstad, has been creating delicious drinks along the west coast for 7 years now. Haarstad currently bartends at the lively Prohibition and URBN restaurants and just made it the top 10 finalists round in the prestigious South Beach Food & Wine Festival, an event sponsored by the Food Network. The festival was in its 10th year, and held in Miami Beach, Florida. While unfortunately he did not win the competition, his passion and skills for the field are apparent.
