San Diego Summer Concert Schedule

San Diego offers a wide variety of music events every day. The next few weeks offer performances from acts such as Adele, Tim McGraw and Yellowcard. Most tickets can be found at ticketmaster.com.

May 26—Grand Tarantula and The Howls

Catch these up-and-coming bands for free at Maryjane’s at the Hard Rock Hotel in the Gaslamp Quarter. The bands perform at 10 p.m.

May 28—40 oz. to Freedom

This Sublime tribute band will play at Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach. The show is for those 21 and older and will begin at 9 p.m.

May 29—Glee

The cast from the hit Fox TV show will perform songs from the past season. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Valley View Casino Center.

May 31—OK Go

The rock band most known for its treadmill usage in the video for “Here It Goes Again” will be at UC San Diego as part of the Senior Concert series. The show will begin at 8:30 p.m.

June 2—The Parlotones with The Daylights

The Parlotones is a South African rock band that has sold more records than Coldplay, The Killers and Oasis combined. The band will play Belly Up Tavern at 9 p.m.

June 3—Cinderella

The 80s heavy-metal band from Philadelphia will rock 4th & B at 7 p.m.

June 5—Emotional Traffic Tour: Tim McGraw w/ Luke Bryan & The Band Perry

The Grammy award-winning country superstar will take over Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre with supporting acts. The show starts at 7 p.m.

June 8—Adele

This English singer will be touring in support of her recently released album “21.” Catch her at Humphrey’s Concerts By The Bay at 7:30 p.m.

June 10—Good Charlotte and Yellowcard with Runner Runner

This duo of 90s pop-punk bands will be at House of Blues in support of their new albums “Cardiology” and “When You’re Through Thinking, Say Yes” for Good Charlotte and Yellowcard, respectively. The show begins at 6:30 p.m.
